Part‑Time Retail Store Customer Service Associate

About the role

DHL Express is looking for a friendly, customer‑focused associate to work part‑time at its Edmonton retail location. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the counter, helping them with shipping inquiries, freight pickups, and other service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, promotions, and shipping options.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Represent DHL in uniform, maintaining a tidy appearance.
• Accurately scan and inspect outbound shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 70 lb per piece throughout the shift.
• Physical Inspection Certificate.
• High school diploma.
• Meet DHL security requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight time constraints and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the DHL operations system.
