About the role

The Key Holder is the frontline leader who ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest. Working in a fast‑paced cannabis retail environment, you will manage opening and closing procedures, handle cash, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide product knowledge.
• Execute all opening and closing tasks accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory, process orders, and perform stock counts.
• Support e‑commerce order fulfillment and packaging.
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and cannabis product knowledge.
• Represent the brand professionally with a positive attitude.
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Retail experience (required); cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Must be 19 years or older.
• Current valid Provincial Cannabis Certification.
• Ability to provide a recent criminal background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and work at multiple locations.
