About the role

Join our customer‑focused support team as a Part‑Time Remote Telephone Agent. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous service while working flexible evening, overnight, and occasional daytime shifts from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts using established processes.
• Provide accurate product and technical information to resolve inquiries.
• Park calls for Emergency Dispatchers and manage email requests promptly.
• Cover after‑hours reception and lunch periods.
• Work independently, escalating issues when necessary.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects such as process improvements.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years old.
• Quiet remote workspace with minimal distractions.
• Personal phone for work use.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with quick reaction times.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Criminal record check required.

Required skills

• Intermediate experience with Google Workspace.
