Part‑Time Reception Associate at The BMW Store

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Reception Associate to be the first point of contact at The BMW Store, greeting customers, handling calls and providing administrative support in a fast‑paced automotive sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct customers to the appropriate department or advisor and notify staff when customers are waiting.
• Answer telephone calls professionally, take detailed messages and minimize hold time.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned, including updating customer information in CRM systems.
• Provide high‑level customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Versatile and able to multitask with changing priorities.
• Professional personal appearance and strong customer‑relation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work in an active, social atmosphere.
• Completed high school education or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience entering and updating data in CRM systems.
