About the role

Join Goodwill Industries of Alberta as a Processing Team Member in Sherwood Park. In this part‑time position you will help turn donated items into valuable merchandise while providing friendly service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and grade donations to determine sellable items.
• Identify high‑end or designer pieces for special pricing.
• Track production targets and complete production sheets according to SOPs.
• Transport items to and from the sales floor, placing them on shelves, bins or racks.
• Maintain tidy displays and rotate stock as needed.
• Assist retail team members at cash registers with wrapping or bagging merchandise.
• Deliver world‑class customer service to all Goodwill shoppers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum age of 15 and eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform continual manual work.
• Team‑oriented attitude and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to complete a criminal record check.
