Part‑Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time Pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Services team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will provide clinical coverage across a variety of hospital and urgent‑care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to multiple clinical areas within the hospital network.
• Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing and counseling for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care pathways.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Willingness to work part‑time hours with no overnight or on‑call requirements.
