Part‑Time Pharmacist (Clinical Coverage)

About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage across a variety of hospital departments. Reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services, this position offers a stable, predictable work environment without overnight or on‑call requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to multiple inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain accurate medication records and adhere to hospital pharmacy policies.
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling as needed.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
• Ability to work part‑time hours within a standard work week.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clinicians and patients.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
