Part‑Time Health & Safety Trainer

About the role

Correct Compliance is seeking a Part‑Time Trainer to deliver engaging health and safety training to clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves on‑site workshops, one‑on‑one coaching, and the preparation of customized training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person health and safety training sessions for diverse adult learners.
• Adapt training content to specific industries and client needs.
• Prepare and organize presentation decks, demonstrations, and interactive activities.
• Collaborate with consultants to support client safety programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and report on session outcomes.
• Represent Correct Compliance professionally with all client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation experience with adult learners in workshop settings.
• Knowledge of Ontario workplace health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize and adjust training schedules independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation software and digital training resources.
