Parts & Service Sales Representative

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a motivated Parts & Service Sales Representative to grow aftermarket sales across its mining equipment portfolio. You will work with a defined customer base, identify sales opportunities, and support customers with timely solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining product lines, focusing on aftermarket parts and services.
• Perform gap analysis on existing fleets, maintain fleet records and conduct quarterly audits.
• Collaborate as a key member of account or sales teams to drive revenue.
• Assess each customer’s total potential by performing opportunity analysis per site.
• Liaise with customers on aftermarket issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to customer development focused on productivity and reliability.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and factors affecting sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical degree or two‑year college diploma.
• Minimum four years of technical experience in the heavy equipment/mining industry; sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and data‑analysis abilities.
• Computer literate; experience with CRM software is an asset.
• Proactive, customer‑service oriented and able to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
