About the role
Collision Repair Experts Kitchener is looking for a Parts Associate to join their team! Your role as a Parts Associate is to effectively and profitably manage all parts operations. You do this through inventory control, maintaining an efficient level of service from suppliers, and staff utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, order, return, record credits and send PPC's for parts.
- Ensure delivery times are met in a timely manner.
- Allocate parts to repair orders.
- Reconcile all parts.
- Organize all parts and post all invoices.
- Provide support for the team and keep everyone informed.
- General help around the shop.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Organized.
