Partner Campaign Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Partner Campaign Manager to lead the creation and execution of co‑marketing campaigns with global partners. This hands‑on marketer will collaborate across product, demand generation, field, and business development teams to deliver impactful partner‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute co‑marketing strategies that align with both Mastercard and partner objectives, driving partner activations.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to integrate campaigns into broader go‑to‑market plans.
• Encourage and support partners in leveraging Mastercard’s existing campaigns to scale reach.
• Manage third‑party agencies, ensuring high‑quality execution and sharing best practices.
• Create partner assets such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and social media content.
• Build enablement materials (playbooks, guides) for sales and marketing teams.
• Define audience‑specific messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Track campaign performance against KPIs, identify benchmarks, and recommend optimisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or co‑marketing campaign management.
