Part-Time Retail Store Associate – HomeSense

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time Retail Store Associates to join our HomeSense team in Kingston. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point-of-sale system, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the back-room organized.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Participate in training programs and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
