Part-Time Project Manager – Records Management Initiative

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Project Manager to lead a records management initiative, working directly with stakeholders to define scope, timelines and deliverables. The role focuses on creating and executing project plans, improving business processes, and ensuring accurate documentation across workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and execute detailed project plans and charters.
• Map and improve business processes related to records management.
• Monitor progress, manage scope changes and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper hand‑over to a sustainable operational model.
• Coordinate with client teams to align expectations and deliver value.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects focused on business process improvements.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and push back when needed.
• Ability to work part‑time with flexibility, ramping up initially and scaling down over time.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
