Part-Time Night Auditor (Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Night Auditor to join the Holiday Inn Express Whitby team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift, ensuring a smooth check‑in/out experience and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, and respond to inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls and process new reservations efficiently.
• Conduct night‑audit duties, balancing revenue, settlement accounts and cash handling.
• Maintain guest security by handling room keys and personal information responsibly.
• Follow company policies, keep operational files up‑to‑date and prepare systems for the next day.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer‑service orientation with strong written and verbal communication.
• Friendly, energetic, self‑motivated and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset that embraces the corporate culture and inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Experience with the Opera property‑management system (preferred).
• Ability to perform accurate night‑audit and cash‑handling procedures.
