Part-Time Keyholder – Retail Store

About the role

As a Key Holder you will support the management team in creating a welcoming, customer‑focused environment that reflects the brand’s image. You will assist on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash desk, ensuring smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds strong relationships and encourages loyalty.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add‑on sales.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Offer styling advice and contribute to an engaging, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of retail, sales or customer service experience (opening/closing preferred).
• Strong customer‑service skills with a welcoming attitude.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of trends.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lb and use a step ladder.
• High school diploma required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
