Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and the sales plan.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and engage customers through promotions, social media, BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Lead operational excellence, balancing delegation, customer‑first selling and loss‑prevention.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promotions on time.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively and manage operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising).
• High school diploma or GED (degree a plus).
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑changing retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lb.
