Paid Media Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own the performance side of client campaigns at Finnect. You will drive results by connecting content, funnels and paid advertising, overseeing everything from strategy to execution and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Test and iterate creatives, hooks, headlines and calls‑to‑action on a regular basis.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make rapid adjustments to improve ROI.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead forms and sales funnels.
• Set up marketing automations using platforms such as GoHighLevel.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure organic and paid strategies are aligned.

Required profile

• Proven experience running Meta ads in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong understanding of both creative and performance aspects of campaigns.
• Ability to think in funnels rather than isolated ads.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on testing, iterating and delivering measurable results.
