Packaging Technician – Cannabis Production

About the role

TRYGG Collective is seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Technician to join its cannabis production team in Mission, BC. You will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and ensuring the quality of dry flower and pre‑roll products before they reach the market.

Key responsibilities

• Perform packaging and labeling of cannabis flower and pre‑rolls with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify that all products meet quality control standards prior to distribution.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant production environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures to comply with Health Canada’s Cannabis Act.
• Track production output, report packaging issues, and handle packaging tools and materials responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently when required.
• Support additional production activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and respect for the plant.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, premium‑quality work.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Health Canada Security Clearance preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
