Packaging Intern – London Brewery

About the role

Join Labatt’s London Brewery for a 15‑week Packaging Intern program where you’ll work on a strategic packaging improvement project. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, unionized manufacturing environment while developing leadership and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic packaging improvement project focused on operational performance, process efficiency, safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers, production teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand supply‑chain and 24/7 brewery operations.
• Analyze operational challenges and partner with experienced manufacturing professionals to identify innovative solutions.
• Develop practical leadership skills through exposure to team management in a unionized setting.
• Build expertise in world‑class safety, quality and sustainable packaging practices, including Canada’s returnable glass bottle system.
