About the role

This 15‑week internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced brewery environment. You will lead a strategic packaging improvement project while collaborating with production teams and senior leaders. The role provides exposure to supply‑chain, manufacturing, and sustainable packaging practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strategic packaging improvement project focused on operational performance, process efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers, production teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand 24/7 brewery operations.
• Analyze operational challenges and partner with experienced manufacturing professionals to identify innovative solutions.
• Develop practical leadership skills through exposure to team management in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Build expertise in world‑class safety, quality, and sustainable packaging practices, including Canada’s returnable glass bottle system.
