Package Handler – Warehouse Clerk

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our fast‑paced warehouse as Package Handlers and Warehouse Clerks. In this role you will be part of a team that moves parcels through our sorting stations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto conveyors and operate powered conveyors.
• Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines (training and certification required).
• Sort, scan and handle parcels according to the sort plan using handheld devices.
• Place packages in designated areas for delivery or line‑haul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area and perform pallet building, wrapping and transport.
• Validate scanned freight to reduce mis‑sorts and conduct cleaning, housekeeping and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability and willingness to work a flexible schedule of at least three days per week, including weekends.
• Team‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Operation of handheld scanning devices.
• Use of power/manual jacks for material handling.
