Outreach & Events Coordinator

About the role

The Outreach & Events team at Netflix Animation Studios creates memorable experiences for employees and prospective talent across three global studio locations. As an Outreach & Events Coordinator you will plan, execute, and support a wide range of internal celebrations and external recruiting events, ensuring each interaction reflects the studio’s inclusive and creative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage all event logistics, including décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, venues, guest lists, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives such as portfolio critiques, conferences, festivals, academic workshops, and related travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Collaborate with Corporate Events, Workplace, AV, Media, and Creative teams to ensure seamless on‑site and off‑site event execution.
• Handle invitations, calendar management, and follow‑up communications for all events.
• Oversee inventory of swag, signage, name badges, and general ordering; support on‑site coordination and shared inbox management.
• Continuously improve event and outreach strategies by contributing new ideas and supporting their implementation.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for additional events and outreach activities as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience coordinating events, talent outreach, or related functions.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm, organized approach under pressure.
