Outlet Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Rosewood Hotel Georgia is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of its three food and beverage outlets. This senior position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend weekly health labor management meetings and enforce labor procedures.
• Manage daily payroll submission and ensure timely paperwork for all departments.
• Maintain occupational health and safety standards in line with local, state and federal laws.
• Plan and manage short‑ and long‑term operations of the three hotel outlets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic selections.
• Oversee Micros POS system maintenance and menu input.
• Develop budgets, forecast revenues and analyze food‑and‑beverage costs to maximize profit.
• Implement reservation systems and coordinate private events.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance, storage organization and loss prevention controls.
• Assist with liquor and wine ordering and enforce serving regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multiple food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Strong understanding of labor management and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety compliance.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Familiarity with hospitality regulations regarding alcohol service.
