Outbound Sales Representative (AI & Automation)

About the role

UnlockLand is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth for its AI‑powered marketplace, UnlockLand Connect. You will use cutting‑edge AI tools to identify high‑value B2B prospects in the real‑estate and construction sectors and turn them into qualified meetings and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify high‑value B2B prospects using AI‑driven platforms.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to personalize outreach and boost conversion rates.
• Book qualified meetings, conduct product demos and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and growth tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate on outbound processes.
• Contribute ideas for AI‑driven sales automation experiments.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR or growth roles.
• Comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
• Passionate about AI and eager to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
