Organizational Change Manager (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to guide the adoption and implementation of technology and business changes across key projects. The role works closely with project managers, business leads and stakeholders to assess impact, develop change strategies and ensure users are prepared for successful rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to assess change magnitude and impact from current state to implementation.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation, including strategies, plans, communication and training deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify impacted groups, assess readiness and address resistance.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Align change activities with Agile or Waterfall project schedules and support continuous improvement of change management practices.

Required profile

• Prosci Certification is required.
• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives, preferably within IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR.
• Experience conducting readiness assessments, analyzing results and developing mitigation strategies.
