Order Picker Operator – Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Order Picker Operator to join our Edmonton distribution centre. In this full‑time, onsite position you will help keep our supply chain moving by accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, sort, label, put away, replenish and audit inventory using industrial machines.
• Operate wrist‑worn or hand‑held scanners to fulfill orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Resolve order exceptions caused by stock discrepancies, damaged goods or carrier changes.
• Follow lock‑out/tag‑out procedures when working with powered equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous‑material regulations.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time onsite shifts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Physical capability to lift, move and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety standards and teamwork.

Required skills

• Scanning equipment operation (wrist‑worn or hand‑held).
• Industrial machine operation.
• Lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
• OSHA compliance knowledge.

• Starting hourly wage of $24.65 CAD.
