Oracle HCM Delivery Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior professional to lead the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for large, complex client engagements. You will drive end‑to‑end innovation, guide clients through their cloud transformation journey, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle’s human capital management suite.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Delivery Lead for Oracle HCM Cloud projects, overseeing design, development, and deployment.
• Define and implement Oracle Cloud solutions that address client business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using agile development methodologies and design‑thinking approaches.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of experience delivering and selling consulting and technology services.
• Proven ability to diagnose client requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on client outcomes.
• Senior‑level communication and leadership skills.
