Oracle HCM Delivery Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for large, complex client projects. You will work within a global Oracle practice, applying design thinking, agile methodologies and emerging technologies such as IoT, analytics, automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design through production rollout.
• Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s Oracle practice to leverage early‑access innovations and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing across the delivery team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering and selling consulting and technology services.
• Proven ability to diagnose client needs and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
