Optical Branch Manager – North London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Optical Branch Manager to lead a modern independent practice in North London. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the optical practice, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey at every touchpoint.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
• Drive branch performance, identify growth opportunities and meet commercial targets.
• Support staff training, engagement and continuous development.
• Manage administration, compliance and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and wider network.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and relaxed practice environment.

Required profile

• Previous management experience within an optical practice (essential).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with a passion for customer service.
• Confident, organised and self‑motivated.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
