Operations Supervisor

About the role

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will ensure safety, manage logistics processes, and support a high‑performing team to meet delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce Health & Safety protocols, conduct audits, and maintain a hazard‑free work area.
• Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits, and safe vehicle movements.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management and package dispatch processes.
• Create driver bookings, generate next‑day route plans and coordinate with the Optimization team.
• Manage ID checks, loading/unloading of trailers, and verify freight against manifests.
• Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing of packages, including defective items and returns.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident and inventory logs; produce daily reports for clients and management.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Coach, train and onboard drivers and warehouse staff; address complaints, damages or lost packages.
• Evaluate employee performance and apply discipline when required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a warehouse or logistics team.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and warehouse operations.
• Experience in coordinating shipments, driver bookings and route planning.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
