Missions principales

This is a hands-on, field-based program where you will rotate through all major business functions to master the complexities of our operations:

• Safety & Compliance: Manage regulatory compliance, conduct field audits, and lead safety briefings to ensure a zero-incident culture.
• Logistics & Fleet Management: Optimize routes using TRUX systems, manage dispatch, and oversee fleet maintenance and resource allocation.
• Operational Leadership: Develop servant leadership skills by coaching teams, managing performance, and facilitating impactful meetings.
• Service Excellence: Drive customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and reliable service delivery.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize routing technology and in-cab systems to monitor performance and optimize logistics.
• Incident Management: Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective action plans.
