Operations Representative – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Join RBC’s Technology and Operations team in Montréal as an Operations Representative. You will work on the day shift, processing routine data entry, balancing transactions, and ensuring a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Examine incoming documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter transaction data into internal systems and balance deposits received from clients and branches.
• Handle investigations and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Follow operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal clients and support multiple processes after training.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French – essential for daily interactions with RBC partners and employees.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing hours or departmental needs.
• Organised, self‑motivated and eager to grow through coaching sessions.
