Operations Manager – Retail Loss Prevention

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead loss‑prevention and inventory activities in our retail stores. You will protect JYSK’s assets, minimise shrink, and support the store management team in delivering our brand values and customer promise.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce loss‑prevention and key‑control policies to reduce shrinkage.
• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full‑store inventories.
• Manage weekly stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.
• Support store managers in embedding company values and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail management and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and positive, dynamic personality.
