Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a remote Operations Analyst to support an enterprise client in the telecommunications sector. The analyst will translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders, identify root‑cause issues across people, processes and tools, and help drive workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational challenges, determine root causes and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Respond to executive requests with performance insights, escalation analysis and clear visualizations.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to build and refine dashboards that surface actionable intelligence.
• Evaluate existing tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or replacements.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations that simplify complex findings.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑impact improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operational analysis, industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Strong ability to distill complex data into executive‑ready insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Tableau for data visualization and metric definition.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and PureCloud.
• Advanced PowerPoint or Google Slides for executive presentations.
• Proficiency with data‑mining tools.
