Office Support Technician (Level 1 & 2)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Office Support Technician to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance for workstations, peripherals, and office applications. You will be the go‑to person for users needing help with access, passwords, videoconferencing, and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Install, configure, deploy, and migrate both physical and virtual desktops.
• Log, diagnose, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM ticketing tool.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity, Internet access, Active Directory, VPN, and printing issues.
• Manage user access rights and security groups.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• DEC (Diploma of Collegial Studies) in computer technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 computer support.
• Relevant experience can substitute for missing formal education.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365 environments.
• Experience with an ITSM ticketing system.
