About the role

We are looking for an Office Support Technician to provide phone and on‑site assistance for computers, mobile devices and other IT equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, hardware maintenance and supporting software applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide phone support and on‑site assistance, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with users to ensure resolution.
  • Diagnose, install and repair hardware such as desktops, laptops, hard drives, network tools and peripherals.
  • Deliver software, hardware and operational support.
  • Participate in various IT projects.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client and incident documentation in the ticketing system.
  • Deploy software manually or via automation tools.
  • Handle urgent technical situations and major failures.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support and office setup.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience.
  • Recent experience in a comparable position.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different IT environments.
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 and macOS (a plus).
  • Experience with Exchange/MS 365 email systems.
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile devices.
  • Understanding of PCs, laptops, printers, servers, firewalls and other peripherals.
  • Experience with VPN and cloud infrastructure.
