About the role
The company Gill Truck & Trailer Repair & Mobile Services is seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at its Mississauga location. This full‑time permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of a growing service business.
Key responsibilities
- Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out all administrative activities of the establishment.
- Coordinate and plan office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant office management experience.
