About the role
We are seeking an Office Manager to support a growing private wealth management practice in Mississauga. The role blends administrative excellence with direct client interaction, ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience for our portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients and prospects to schedule meetings, promote events, and maintain strong touchpoints.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and client events, handling logistics and ensuring a polished experience.
- Manage calendars, communications, and CRM updates to keep daily operations efficient.
- Oversee office administration, including expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
- Greet clients, prepare meeting spaces, and create a welcoming professional environment.
- Support outreach initiatives by tracking follow‑ups and maintaining client relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client‑facing administrative or coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence on the phone.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Interest in financial services; CSC or IFC certification is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks (strongly preferred).
