About the role
The Office Manager will ensure Red Bull’s Montreal office runs smoothly, upholding brand standards and providing a premium, on‑brand experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders. The role combines facilities oversight, administrative support and close collaboration with the Commercial Leadership and National Sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the office environment in line with Red Bull brand image, including reception, boardrooms, kitchen, supply closets and common areas.
- Answer phones, welcome visitors, manage mail and courier services, and ensure a clean, welcoming front‑of‑house.
- Coordinate weekly grocery orders, stock kitchen supplies, and oversee water and coffee systems.
- Liaise with property management, vendors and parking providers for repairs, cleaning, security, fob programming and catering.
- Address employee queries related to office supplies, hardware and logistics, proposing process improvements.
- Ensure all IT equipment (videoconference systems, printers, shredders) is functional and support users as needed.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Leadership team, including filing, template creation and project support.
- Organise staff celebrations and team‑building events, handling logistics, gifts and bookings.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing office operations and facilities.
- Strong focus on maintaining brand standards and a premium workplace atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors and external vendors.
- Proactive attitude with a track record of identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Ability to multitask across facilities, administrative duties and event coordination.
