About the role
We are looking for an Office Clerks Supervisor to lead our office support team in Vancouver. The role involves training staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Train workers in duties and company policies.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend productivity improvements.
- Coordinate, assign and review daily work tasks.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, team‑player with strong attention to detail.
