Office Agent (Bilingual) – Payroll Services

About the role

Join CGI's Payroll Services Centre in Montreal as a bilingual Office Agent. You will support the CESAD Home Support Program by processing payroll, handling client requests, and ensuring accurate employment records.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees participating in the CESAD program.
• Enter additions, modifications, and corrections to client files in a timely manner.
• Generate Records of Employment upon employee termination.
• Respond to inquiries from government agencies and provide high‑quality client service.
• Maintain accurate data entry and uphold confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with empathy and adaptability.
• Team player who embraces change and emerging technologies.
