Offering Specialist - Pumps

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking an Offering Specialist for its pump portfolio. The role will guide the product lifecycle, drive market positioning and support profitable growth across global territories.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse macro trends, addressable markets and competitive landscape to shape offering strategy and financial targets.
• Develop and maintain the offering roadmap, including value propositions, pricing structures, ARM incentives and end‑of‑life planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Marketing to ensure delivery, quality, and effective channel models that meet revenue and margin goals.
• Manage the annual business plan, monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve inventory turns and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (MBA preferred) with 3–7 years of product development, management or B2B industrial experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of product engineering and management principles, market analysis and pricing strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills within matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
