Offering Specialist – Plumbing

About the role

The Offering Specialist – Plumbing supports the strategic and commercial management of Armstrong’s global plumbing portfolio. Reporting to the Offering Manager, the role drives product lifecycle, market growth and customer engagement across commercial, institutional, industrial and multi‑residential water systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full offering lifecycle – from market introduction to end‑of‑life, including pricing updates and rationalisation.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive activity to inform product roadmap and business planning.
• Support go‑to‑market activities such as product launches, commercialization strategies and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, quality, service, marketing, sales and regional teams to align portfolio growth with business objectives.
• Travel across North America to engage with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors and end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (MBA is an asset).
• 1–3 years of product management experience and 2–5 years in application or sales engineering within plumbing, HVAC, pump or building‑equipment industries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira and Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics and AI‑enabled decision‑making tools.
• Working knowledge of commercial plumbing system design, controls integration and relevant codes/standards.
