Nurse Manager – Clinical Operations

About the role

Clearpoint Health Network is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations at Prairieview Surgical Centre. The role provides hands‑on leadership for nursing and allied health teams, ensuring safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while driving quality improvement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing and allied health staff in accordance with ORNAC, CSA and Non‑Hospital Surgical Facility standards.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient, patient‑focused workflows and fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe case flow, high patient satisfaction, on‑time case starts, optimal turnover times and OR utilization.
• Prepare for and maintain Non‑Hospital Surgical Facility accreditation, infection‑prevention and medication‑safety standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development of peri‑operative staff.
• Contribute to facility growth and service expansion through resource management and strategic operational planning.

Required profile

• Current peri‑operative Registered Nurse licence in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
• Minimum five years of peri‑operative nursing experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting (e.g., Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor).
