Night Shift Concrete Press Operator

About the role

Join Techo-Bloc’s production team as a Night Shift Concrete Press Operator. You will work on state‑of‑the‑art equipment that manufactures pavers and blocks, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor concrete press and related production machinery during the night shift.
• Make machine adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Complete equipment setups, preventative maintenance, and daily production reports.
• Use tools and measuring devices to verify product specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean workplace and follow all safety regulations.
• Communicate any issues or priorities during shift handovers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (ERP or Microsoft tools).
• Experience in concrete manufacturing (e.g., Masa, Hess, Columbia) is advantageous.
