New Graduate Sales Representative

About the role

Join CLV Group’s New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program as a Sales Representative on the Leasing team. This full‑time, permanent position is based onsite in Oakville/Burlington and provides hands‑on exposure to residential leasing, market analysis and the full real‑estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, web and in‑person, delivering professional and timely service.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual tours, build rapport with prospective residents and guide them through the complete leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and property‑management systems while collaborating with Operations and Leasing Coordinators.
• Gather market intelligence on communities, competitors and resident trends to support pricing, positioning and strategic decisions.
• Partner with Marketing to keep listings current, monitor market trends and contribute to leasing performance reporting and data analysis.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or HR) with a strong analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to build authentic relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Demonstrated teamwork, resilience and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Base salary $45,000‑$48,000 CAD per year plus uncapped commission (top performers can earn $60,000‑$70,000).
