NetSuite Manager – Technology & Innovation

About the role

Riveron seeks a NetSuite Manager to lead client‑facing technology enablement initiatives. The role blends business development, practice growth, and hands‑on project delivery across NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development and pre‑sales activities, assessing project effort and positioning NetSuite as the solution.
• Scope NetSuite modules, draft proposals, and manage full‑cycle implementations.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality and lead workshops.
• Oversee implementation teams, ensuring delivery of functional specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews.
• Define integration requirements and work with integration teams to connect external applications.
• Develop practice‑specific training, business development collateral, and engagement templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Proven track record leading full‑cycle NetSuite implementations and architecting ERP solutions.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and sustaining client relationships.
