National Account Manager – Canada

About the role

Cydcor is seeking a results‑driven National Account Manager to lead its Canadian market across Retail, Residential and B2B campaigns. You will act as the critical bridge between Fortune 500 clients, the sales force, and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Fortune 500 clients and the sales team, strengthening partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets by selling in the field alongside representatives and coaching them on product and process.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly through problem‑solving, collaboration and creativity.
• Maintain high sales quality and integrity, holding the team to rigorous standards.
• Manage budget and P&L, monitoring scorecard metrics to ensure profitability.
• Launch new sales offices, integrating them with client and Cydcor systems and training on product knowledge and sales procedures.
• Ensure accurate client representation and drive office performance to meet campaign goals.
• Provide regular feedback to management on office status and action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B or door‑to‑door environments.
• Proven player‑coach leadership style with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong business judgment, risk assessment and growth opportunity identification.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and launching new sales operations.
