Nail Salon Supervisor

About the role

The Nail Salon Supervisor will lead daily operations at our busy Edmonton location, ensuring a high‑quality experience for every client. This role combines hands‑on nail services with team leadership and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule staff shifts and client appointments.
• Assist clients with special needs and act as the point of contact for emergencies.
• Oversee cleaning of specialty equipment and maintain salon hygiene standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
• Resolve work‑related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity improvements.
• Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and coordinate activities of salon workers.
• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Perform pedicures, manicures, gel and acrylic nail extensions, artificial nail application/removal, and nail art.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• 1–2 years of experience in a nail salon or similar beauty setting.
• Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
