MRB / MAP Liaison Engineer (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team as an MRB/MAP In‑Service Engineer working night shifts. You will provide stress analysis expertise for aircraft structures, supporting rework and repair decisions on the final assembly line. The position is hybrid, with three on‑site days per week in Mirabel.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve Material Review Board (MRB) stress cases for reworks and repairs of metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Provide technical justifications for defect acceptance, removal, and replacement based on equivalent strength and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Liaison Engineers to deliver timely stress substantiations for manufacturing and assembly issues.
• Work with stress engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Support delivery teams and external customers with expert technical guidance.
• Exchange knowledge with other Final Assembly Line sites and document all analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in aircraft stress analysis or MRB/MAP processes.
• Experience with static, fatigue, and damage‑tolerance analyses.
• Good command of English; bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
